Warehouse Process Guide(Los Angeles)-Just Posted

Ready to take the next step in your Amazon career? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Process Guide at one of our warehouse facilities. This 'entry level leadership/support' role focuses on providing 'onboarding support', training, and guidance to fellow Warehouse Associates.
About the Process Guide Role:
Process Guides (PGs) are experienced associates who act as subject matter experts for specific warehouse processes (like Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship Dock). They play a vital role in training new hires, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to standard work and safety protocols. This is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills.
Your Role as a Process Guide:
You will be the go-to person for associates in your assigned area. You'll spend part of your shift performing standard associate duties but will also dedicate time to 'onboarding support' for new hires, conducting process audits, providing 'constructive feedback', and helping associates overcome barriers. You are a key part of the 'team collaboration' between associates and area managers.
Your Day-to-Day:
Your schedule will align with standard warehouse shifts ('day shift' or 'night shift', including 'weekend' work). You will need to balance your own production tasks with your support responsibilities, requiring excellent time management and communication skills. You'll be actively involved in ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Training & Onboarding:
This role typically requires previous experience as an Amazon Warehouse Associate ('no experience' as a PG is expected, but internal Amazon experience is often preferred). Specific training on coaching, auditing, and problem-solving techniques will be provided.
Career & Compensation:
Process Guides typically earn a slightly higher hourly wage than standard associates, with an estimated range of $19 - $25 per hour. This role provides valuable experience for advancement into Process Assistant or Area Manager positions. All standard Amazon benefits apply.
